Cookies Policy

Effective June 5, 2026 (Last updated July 14, 2026).

  • 1. Introduction

Wee Amici, Inc. (“Wee Amici,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website at weeamici.com, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, how we use them, how third parties we work with may use them, and the choices you have regarding their use.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Your Privacy Choices notice, which describe our broader privacy practices and the rights you have with respect to your personal information.

  • 2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to recognize your device on subsequent visits and store information about your preferences and activity. Cookies are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the operators of the site.

“Similar technologies” include a range of tools that function like cookies, such as:

    • Web beacons and pixels — small graphic images embedded in web pages or emails that record whether a page was viewed or an email was opened.
    • Local storage — a mechanism that allows websites to store data on your device (such as in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage) without using cookies.
    • Software Development Kits (SDKs) — components that mobile applications use to collect and transmit information, similar to how cookies function on the web.
    • Device identifiers — identifiers assigned to your device by its operating system or by applications you install.

For simplicity, this Cookie Policy uses the term “cookies” to refer to all of these technologies collectively, except where a distinction is important.

  • 3. Categories of Cookies We Use

We categorize the cookies used on the Services into four groups. You can enable or disable each category (other than Strictly Necessary cookies) through our consent banner, the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of any page, or your Account settings if you are a Member.

    a. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are essential for the Services to function. They enable core functionality such as user authentication, session management, security (including protection against cross-site request forgery), and recording your cookie preferences. Because these cookies are required for the Services to operate, they cannot be disabled through our consent banner. You may block them through your browser settings, but doing so will cause parts of the Services to not function.

    b. Functional Cookies. These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your language and region preferences, retaining certain user interface choices, and improving your experience. If you disable these cookies, some features of the Services may not work as intended or may need to be re-configured each time you visit.

    c. Analytics Cookies. These cookies help us understand how visitors and Members interact with the Services. They collect information such as which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on each page, where visitors come from, and how users navigate through the signup flow. This information is used in aggregate form to improve the Services. If you disable these cookies, we will not be able to measure your interactions with the Services, but the Services will continue to function normally.

    d. Advertising Cookies. These cookies would be used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and, if we engage in advertising in the future, to deliver interest-based advertising on other platforms based on your interactions with our Services. Wee Amici does not currently use any advertising cookies, and no advertising cookies are set on the Services at this time. If we begin using advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy, and you will have the opportunity to opt in or opt out through the consent banner or the “Your Privacy Choices” link before any such cookies are set on your device.

  • 5. Third-Party Cookies

Some of the cookies listed above are set by third parties that provide services to us, such as PostHog (analytics), HubSpot (customer relationship management and marketing attribution), Stripe (payment processing and fraud prevention), and Google LLC (Google Maps Platform for maps, places, and address information). When you visit the Services, these third parties may receive limited information about your device and browsing activity through their own cookies, subject to their own privacy practices and, in most cases, contractual restrictions on how they may use that information.

We do not control third-party cookies directly. For more information about how these third parties use cookies and how to manage them, please refer to the third parties' respective privacy policies:

  • 6. How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences

You have several ways to manage cookies on the Services:

    a. Consent Banner. When you first visit any public page of the Services, a consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. The banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category (Strictly Necessary, Functional, Analytics, and Advertising). The banner will remain visible on all public pages until you make a selection.

    b. “Your Privacy Choices” Link. A “Your Privacy Choices” link is available in the footer of every page of the Services. Clicking this link opens a preferences center where you may review and change your cookie choices at any time, regardless of whether you have previously made a selection.

    c. Account Settings. If you are a Member with an Account, you may review and change your cookie preferences from your Account settings page. Preferences you set at the Account level apply across all devices and browsers on which you are logged in.

    d. Browser Settings. Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Instructions differ by browser but are typically found in the “Privacy” or “Security” section of your browser's settings menu. Please note that if you disable Strictly Necessary cookies through your browser, the Services may not function properly.

    e. Mobile Device Settings. If you use our mobile applications, you can manage certain identifiers and permissions through your device settings. On iOS devices, you can reset the Advertising Identifier or enable “Limit Ad Tracking” in the device's privacy settings. On Android devices, you can reset the Advertising ID or enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization.”

Please click on the links below to learn how you can delete or block cookies in the most common browsers:

    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Safari
  • 7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals websites you visit that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is no consistent industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, and Wee Amici does not currently respond to DNT signals.

However, Wee Amici recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension is configured to send a GPC signal, we will treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale, sharing, or use of your personal information for targeted advertising, as required by applicable law. Additional information about GPC is available at globalprivacycontrol.org.

  • 8. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies used on the Services, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Cookie Policy and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as by email or through the Services). We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
