This Notice applies to all users of the Services, including both anonymous visitors to our public marketing pages and paid members with accounts, regardless of the state in which you reside.

We do not disclose, transfer, or make available personal information to any third party in exchange for money. This has been our practice since inception and we do not anticipate changing it. Certain state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” of personal information broadly to include disclosures for purposes of targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling, even when no money changes hands. This Notice explains how you can opt out of such disclosures, whether or not they meet the traditional definition of a “sale.”

In connection with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, telephone number, IP address, and device identifiers), commercial information (such as records of Membership purchases), internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing history on our Services, session duration, and interactions with content), geolocation information (approximate location based on your neighborhood or city, which is fundamental to our location-based community features), and inferences drawn from the foregoing (such as preferences and interests).
We may share categories of personal information with the following categories of third parties, in each case only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy:
- Service providers — companies that provide payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, email delivery, and other operational services on our behalf, subject to written contractual obligations restricting their use of personal information to providing services to us.

4. Sensitive Personal Information
Wee Amici does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information about you, such as precise geolocation (we use approximate city or neighborhood-level location only), government identifiers, financial account numbers, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, genetic or biometric data, or the contents of your private communications. We may incidentally receive such information if you voluntarily include it in content you post to community forums or in communications with us or other members; where this occurs, we treat such information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating the Services.
You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of any sensitive personal information we collect about you to what is necessary to perform the Services. To exercise this right, contact us using any of the methods described in Section 6 below.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling. You may opt out of the disclosure of your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising, “sale” or “sharing” as defined under applicable state law, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. You may direct us to limit our use of any sensitive personal information we collect about you to what is necessary to perform the Services.
- Right to designate an authorized agent. You may designate an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization (such as a signed permission or power of attorney) and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may exercise your privacy rights through any of the following methods. All methods are equally valid and require no fee.
a. Cookie Consent Banner. When you first visit any public page of the Services, a consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. The banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category (Strictly Necessary, Functional, Analytics, and Advertising). The banner will remain visible on all public pages until you make a selection.
b. “Your Privacy Choices” Link. A “Your Privacy Choices” link is available in the footer of every page of the Services. Clicking this link opens a preferences center where you may review and change your cookie and privacy choices at any time, regardless of whether you have previously made a selection.
c. Account Settings. If you are a Member with an Account, you may review and change your privacy preferences at any time from your Account settings page. Preferences you set at the Account level apply across all devices and browsers on which you are logged in.

Please include (i) the email address associated with your Account, if any, (ii) a description of the request, and (iii) if applicable, the state in which you reside.
e. Global Privacy Control (GPC). Wee Amici recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or device is configured to send a GPC signal (a machine-readable indication of your preference not to have your personal information sold or shared), we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request as required by applicable law. Instructions for enabling GPC are available from your browser or extension provider.

7. Verification of Requests
To protect against fraudulent requests, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before honoring certain requests. For opt-out requests submitted through the consent banner, the “Your Privacy Choices” link, Account settings, or a GPC signal, no additional verification is required — we honor these requests based on the session, cookie, or Account association. For requests submitted by email or mail, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address associated with your Account, or, if you do not have an Account, to provide information sufficient to allow us to reasonably verify your identity (such as your name, email address, and a description of your recent interactions with the Services). We will not use verification information for any purpose other than processing your request.
8. Timeline for Response
Opt-out requests submitted through the consent banner, the “Your Privacy Choices” link, Account settings, or a GPC signal are honored immediately upon receipt. Opt-out requests submitted by email or mail will be honored within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. For requests that require verification, this timeline begins upon successful verification. If we require additional time to respond to your request due to its complexity or volume, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
9. What Happens After You Opt Out
After you opt out, we will cease disclosing your personal information to third parties for purposes of targeted advertising, “sale” or “sharing,” or profiling, and cease processing your personal information for those purposes ourselves. Depending on the categories of cookies you decline, certain features of the Services may work differently or be unavailable; for example, declining Functional cookies may cause certain preferences (such as language or region) not to be remembered between visits, and declining Analytics cookies means we will not be able to measure your interactions with the Services for product-improvement purposes.
Opting out does not terminate your Account, does not stop us from sending you transactional communications required to operate your Account or the Services (such as verification codes, receipts, and security notifications), and does not require us to delete personal information we have already collected. If you wish to delete your Account or your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy for instructions.
If you opt out and later change your mind, you may re-enable any category of processing at any time through the same methods described in Section 6.
